Ingredients

  • 1 fresh mango
  • 60 g (1/4 cup) lime juice
  • 60 g (1/4 cup) orange juice
  • 45 g (2 tbsp.) Brix 66 smoked syrup
  • 4 g (1/2 tsp.) cumin
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 75 g (1/3 cup) olive oil
  • Fresh coriander, to taste
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Cut the mango into cubes (or unfreeze). Reserve.
  • In the bowl of the mixer, add all of the ingredients and mix until you get a light and creamy consistency.
  • Keep in the refrigerator. Can be kept for about one week.

Suggestion

Serve on lettuce with chicken breasts and grated and grilled coconut flakes.
