Smoked syrup & mango dressing
Ingredients
- 1 fresh mango
- 60 g (1/4 cup) lime juice
- 60 g (1/4 cup) orange juice
- 45 g (2 tbsp.) Brix 66 smoked syrup
- 4 g (1/2 tsp.) cumin
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 75 g (1/3 cup) olive oil
- Fresh coriander, to taste
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Cut the mango into cubes (or unfreeze). Reserve.
- In the bowl of the mixer, add all of the ingredients and mix until you get a light and creamy consistency.
- Keep in the refrigerator. Can be kept for about one week.
Suggestion
Serve on lettuce with chicken breasts and grated and grilled coconut flakes.
